Dear residents of Zakarpattia region!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Zakarpattia region.
One of the most picturesque places of Ukraine has always been famous for its invaluable natural treasures - green forests, thermal waters, clean air, mineral springs, incredibly magnificent beauty of the Carpathian mountains and valleys, and what is most important - for the hospitality of the people. This is the land of ever-living patriotic traditions, immortal aspirations of Ukrainians for freedom and independence.
The uniqueness of the multi-ethnic region is in tolerance to the cultural peculiarities of representatives of every people living on these lands, in caring for various distinctive dialects and ceremonies, in preservation and multiplication of their own spiritual heritage.
I sincerely thank you for your wisdom and responsibility, willingness to work hard, sincere desire to make the region prosperous and successful, and Ukraine - a strong European state.
On this festive day I wish you good health for many years, peaceful sky, love for life, optimism, happiness, prosperity, inexhaustible energy and joy to do good on the generous Ukrainian soil.
